Europas Beste Bauten – EUmies Awards Exhibition 2022 in Cologne

Venue: LVR Landeshaus

With the Museum der Baukultur NRW, LVR Landeshaus and the Technische Hoschschule Köln.

The exhibition of the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award 2022, which opened in Barcelona, begins its tour with the Europas Beste Bauten exhibition in Cologne on 11 June and will be open to the public until 13 July.

This brings the German public closer to the selection made by the jury, the university building with an open structure and connected rooms to which the prize is awarded: the Town House of Kingston University in London by Grafton Architects, and the La Borda de Lacol cooperative housing in Barcelona, where new forms of coexistence are being implemented, which received the Emerging Architecture 2022 award.

You can also see all the selected buildings in the archive on the award’s website or its EUmiesaward App that will show you how to get there.
