The project was delimited from the proposal of a detailed plan, capable of responding to the problems of paralyzing the reurbanization project of the Kalawenda neighborhood, Angola within the snowball system.
PROPOSAL CRITERIA\r\nUse of the “Urban Void” that enhances admissible conditions of ventilation, natural lighting, mibility and even Urban Security;\r\nIt offers a commom socialization point for the various centres and buildings, as well as being compatible with the mesh scale;\r\nArragement of functions characteristic of the area aligned with the population, recycling and some construction systems that refer to traditional Angolan dwellings;\r\nRecovery of some wooden huts that house functions capable of maintaining their maintenance and “survival” over time;\r\nEcology, water supply, recycling, reuse of solar energy, urban agriculture, informal trade, displacement, routes and finally the connection of the local community.
